Kazakh wedding toi in a golden banquet hall: a dastarkhan with beshbarmak, baursak and kese bowls, an empty ornamented chair waiting for a guest, and a bride in a saukele behind

Don’t be just a tourist. Be a guest.

Become a guest at a real wedding or another family celebration

Kazakhstan is a country where different cultures, languages and traditions meet at one table.

We show travelers what no ordinary tour can: real family celebrations of real people.

Choose an event, meet your hosts and become a guest at a Kazakh, Uyghur, Tatar, Korean, Russian, Uzbek or other wedding — or another family celebration.

A Kazakh bride in a saukele bows to greet the elders at her wedding while a young man plays the dombra

One country. Many cultures.

Kazakhstan is home to more than a hundred ethnic groups, and every family’s celebration sounds different:

  • At one, someone will explain the meaning of Kazakh wedding rites to you.
  • At another, you’ll see the traditions of a Uyghur family for the first time.
  • Elsewhere, you’ll hear Tatar songs or find yourself at a big Caucasian table.
  • And sometimes a single celebration brings several cultures together.

Every wedding is its own story of Kazakhstan.

We don’t offer a staged act or a tourist show — we offer a real celebration where you are expected.

Find an event

How it works

  1. Choose an event

Browse weddings and family celebrations that are open to guests.

    On each event card:

    • city
    • date
    • format
    • the family’s culture and traditions
    • language spoken
    • dress code
    • programme
    • price
  2. Send a request

Tell the hosts a little about yourself and choose the number of guests.

The hosts will see your request and confirm the invitation.

  3. Get your invitation

Once confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need: the place and time, the celebration’s rules, and advice on clothing, gifts and etiquette.

  4. Come as a guest

Meet people, taste the food, listen to the music, dance, ask questions and become part of a real family celebration.

Don’t observe a culture. Live it.

You’re not a spectator here

We don’t turn family traditions into a tourist show.

  • Every event on the platform happens with or without guests. It’s a real celebration of a real family.

  • Hosts decide for themselves whom to invite and how many guests to welcome.

  • Guests learn the family’s rules and traditions in advance and treat them with respect.

Because true hospitality begins with trust.

What awaits you

  • Real family stories

  • National dishes

  • Music and dance

  • Wedding and family traditions

  • Meeting people you would never meet as an ordinary tourist

And most of all — the feeling that, for at least one evening, you were not a tourist but a guest of Kazakhstan.
