Cancellation policy

Each event uses one of three policies: flexible, moderate or strict.

Flexible: full refund up to 7 days before the event, 50% after that. Moderate: full refund up to 30 days before, 50% up to 7 days before. Strict: 50% refund up to 30 days before.

If a host cancels, the guest receives a full refund.
